I am taking his recommendation on other plumbing work that needs to be done and expect the same high quality experience from Vincent and Aiello. I would not hesitate to call them for any plumbing needs...it was a great experience. I started working in May with Robert Bilodeau, Electrical Manager, on installing an automatic generator for my residence. He is the consummate professional in his trade. On the day the electricians revamped my fuse boxes and exterior meter configuration, he was on site to make sure everything went smoothly. I never felt any pressure to sign a contract and he provided several options for consideration.
Being in our seventies, we depend on having competent and trustworthy assistance with these major systems in our home. With Aiello we know our home is safe and know we aren't being scammed. Robert Hein arrived this morning to service an outside outlet.

And we're only getting better from here. We had 2 technicians out for our annual service call. Both Doug and Rob did thorough inspections, explained status and offered recommendations where needed.
One time my heat was not working upstairs, we have water running through the baseboard. It was winter and I got up and it was cold so I called them. He could have charged me $400 to do that but he did not do that because he said it would probably not show up. We have never had any trouble after that. Some other guy could have said to me I had to do this then I would have done it because I would have been concerned that I would have a flood. Tim Lynch was a pleasure to work with.

I can't say enough good about these guys. We'll be doing more business with Aiello, for sure. Matt Rose did a great job installing our bathroom exhaust fans! We had him back a second time to check our baseboards and he has been great to work with! We also hired Pete, a plumber with Aiello and he also did a great job installing a new diverter in our shower!
We highly recommend him as trustworthy, ON TIME, and overall a nice guy. Called early one morning as furnace stopped working and was told a tech would be there in an hour. Nick showed up less than an hour later, asked questions, diagnosed a couple of problems.

Fair pricing willing to go above and beyond to complete work fairly and professionally. Conduct my work to safety standards and codes. I will use them again because of their responsiveness. Some plumbers keep you hanging for years, but these guys actually show up. The problem with them is they charge you through the nose, but if you really need somebody, like, the next day, you can count on them. That's pretty much how they operate and we use them for that reason.
They were very prompt and did a fantastic job with our plumbing issue on very short notice. They were the only plumber that was available to come out on a sunday. Aiell, though very expensive, was the only company that came out within 2 hours. Quoted me 480 to replace a leaky valve in basement. 2nd plumber fixed problem in 30 seconds. Left me feeling that they had no experience/clue or desire to really diagnose the problem.
Shawn was very professional and informative. Walked me through what he was looking for and the implications of what he was finding. While his inspection unfortunately turned up a problem - he was clear to me on what the issue was, why it was a problem, and showed me evidence for the claim. Bob was very professional and knew exactly what to do.
I thinks its poor or false advertising. Glassdoor has 4 Aiello Home Services reviews submitted anonymously by Aiello Home Services employees. Read employee reviews and ratings on Glassdoor to decide if Aiello Home Services is right for you. Plumbing work on my furnace was on point.
I am very happy with the repair to my faucets. Dan was prompt and very helpful while he was writing up the estimate. He had the faucets replaced in less than a hour and the laundry area was completely cleaned. Shana followed up promptly after the visit. We had Aiello come to the house for a energy audit. Charged as much for drain down and purge as it cost for purging steam radiators.
Bob Nadile was great to work with, right on time, fixed the issue and very happy with Aiello. Great sales/service people, But what is advertised is false. I had a quote from last summer to replace my HVAC. I waited and seen the advertisement for a 2 fur special. I figured this would be a great savings. Wrong, my new quote was higher or equal to the original quote.
This is the second time we have used Aiello and are very satisfied. Stephen S, Vincent M, and Robert H came to check out our systems and clean boiler. Aii are neat, clean, knowledgeable and polite. Been doing business with Aiello for several years and very happy with the company. With 20,000 service calls completed every year, and over 1,000 5-star reviews and counting, Aiello is the home service company Connecticut trusts most.
