The first time I called Aiello the said it would be a $69 service charge when I already had several people come out free of charge so I did not bother. I then called back about 2 days later and was told that I would not be charged for an estimate on a new furnace so I went with it. I ended up spending almost 50% more on a new furnace I believe; $5,000!! I'm not complaining even though I spent so much because the entire team of professionals were indeed very customer service friendly from start to finish. They came out with a team of 4-5 men and spent a good 6 or so hours replacing my furnace. They team included plumbers, electricians etc and all the other trades needed to complete the job.
He earned a five star rating from the Thompson family in Glastonbury, CT! His team of electricians, Matt and Ben, were great, as well. They once charged me almost $500 for an oil pump replacement. I went to a plumbing supply place and bought the exact same pump later for $85.

From Farmington Valley to the Shore, Windsor Locks to New Haven County, when you need us, say "Hello, Aiello" and we'll be there. My water heater broke and Nick V from Aiello Home Services was there in only an hour or so. He replaced the water heater quickly and professionally.

Subsequent 2nd and 3rd opinions by credible service companies found no problem with heat exchanger or furnace. This including the gas company which does not sell or install but tested for CO and found ZERO problem. False diagnosis by the company subject of this review. I had some serious electricity issues on Saturday night, I called Aiello and they got right back to me.

He showed up on time, checked every detail on my furnace and made the necessary adjustments so that we had our furnace working at high efficiency. He was very courteous and professional. They are polite and do a nice clean job. Unfortunately, the name of this very professional specialist and just a good person is not on your list. He did an excellent job of repairing my failed self-installation of garbage disposal. The prices for the services your company provides are probably the highest in New England, but we accept them when done by professionals like Peter . Technician reported heat exchanger cracked. Firm provided estimates for replacement of furnace, etc.
